Jason Cole Head of Artist Relations and Development Jason is a Northern California native who has spent the past twenty years working in the San Francisco Bay Area music scene. Prior to joining Trove's parent label About Records heading up their artist's relations department, Jason had worked in the music business in most every capacity including artist management, booking, promotion, A&R, publicity/PR, event coordination and a professional musician. Through his production company MDM, Jason has much experience working in the studio with developing artists, there he serves as a producer, engineer, songwriter/collaborator, arranger, and session musician. Jason also brings with him extensive corporate legal business experience in such relevant practice areas as contracts, mergers & acquisitions, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property. And now Jason brings his passion and talent for creative music development from About over to Trove Records- "With the launch of Trove we have opened up many more avenues to explore and develop the musical talent that we know is out there yet to be discovered...we are now casting a much wider net and I'm excited for new signings we will have in the months and years to come." |
